• Managing multiple clients and ensuring long-term relationships
• Managing project managers, copy writers and designers who will be part of the same team
• Ensuring quality of creatives, and maintaining timelines
• Working out client strategies and new solutions based on identified needs

A Project Manager (PM) at Synapse is the custodian of the client account. Apart from being a communication specialist, who understands the nuances of creating compelling communication and therefore is able to brief and drive communication work of exemplary quality and logic, he/she needs to be able to understand the pain areas for clients, look at the big picture and bring a clear vision to the proposed solution. The specific activities a PM is responsible for at Synapse include:

• Understanding the brand and business dynamics
• Building solution proposals
• Interacting with clients to communicate the ideas and seek their approval
• Creating the project plan
• Briefing the team
• Project monitoring to ensure timely delivery and quality
• Sending updates to clients
• Presenting the creatives/designs.

• Expertise of the design tools--Photoshop, CorelDraw, InDesign, etc.
